Kevin founded the CrimeCon brand of live events and currently serves as its Executive Producer. He has deep experience in building derivative products for brands and personalities, including merchandise, books, events, podcasts, OTT video, and subscription courses. Prior to helping found Red Seat, Kevin ran a publishing imprint in partnership with Simon & Schuster that was responsible for several million dollars in revenue and was home to thirteen #1 New York Times bestsellers.

Formerly President & Chief Content Officer of TheBlaze. Prior to that, Joel was SVP of Development Fox News, VP of Development CNN, and EVP of CBS Television Stations. Joel brings over 25 years of content development experience with him to RSV.

Formerly President & COO of TheBlaze where she led a team responsible for building one of the largest and most successful OTT subscription video businesses in the world. Prior to that, Carolyn was a consultant at Accenture.

Beth brings nearly 20 years of media experience to Red Seat, where she oversees the ad operations and marketing divisions. She works closely with our clients and partners across all media platforms to help them strategize, innovate, and execute on their individual business plans.

Wilson has over a decade of experience overseeing editorial operations across wide variety of genres including true crime, politics, and entertainment. Wilson distills a client’s big ideas into real products that create meaningful revenue. He has launched highly successful business lines across digital platforms, including podcasts, websites, and OTT video platforms.
GREG WAUGH
As EVP of Technology Greg is responsible for all aspects of digital products including apps, website sand SVOD/AVOD offerings as well as TV production technology. Greg was formerly SVP of Technology for a leading independent media co where he led the software and product teams.
